Creating tools, teachings, and movements for people ready to move beyond survival - and for the professionals who help them do it.
Meet Olga
Olga Phoenix, MPA, MA, is the creator of the internationally recognized Self-Care Wheel©, Resilience Wheel©, and Self-Love Wheel© - transformative frameworks used by millions of people and helping professionals across 80+ countries.
Her work makes emotionally complex experiences more visible, more nameable, and more possible to work with - in therapy rooms, support groups, organizations, and the private moments when a person realizes they are ready for more than survival.
The framework that transformed self-care from a vague recommendation into a practical, multidimensional path toward wellbeing.
Olga’s work is about creating frameworks people can recognize themselves inside.
Frameworks that help someone say: “Oh. That is what has been happening to me.”
Tools that help a professional ask: “How can I meet this person with more clarity and care?”
Teachings that whisper - and sometimes roar: “Survival is not the final destination. Freedom is.”
Sober Worthy Free is Olga’s emerging freedom movement for women in recovery who have built sobriety, kept going, and done so much of the “right” work - yet still feel the quiet ache of self-abandonment, unworthiness, or a life that looks functional but does not yet feel fully free. At the heart of the movement is the upcoming new framework for the next chapter of recovery for sober women.

People do not need to be praised for surviving. They deserve support for rebuilding.
The people who help others heal deserve tools and systems worthy of their work.
Sobriety is not the finish line. Freedom is.
Whether you are a professional seeking tools that help you support others more deeply, or a woman feeling the quiet pull toward a freer way of living, there is a doorway here for you.
